Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim Gear Up for Assembly and Lok Sabha Elections 2024

On Friday, April 19, as the first phase of the Lok Sabha Elections unfolds, Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim are also set for their crucial Assembly Elections 2024. Both states will witness polling for their respective legislative assemblies alongside the national parliamentary polls.

Arunachal Pradesh, with all 60 assembly seats up for grabs, is poised for a significant electoral exercise. Similarly, Sikkim will see voting for its 32 assembly seats, marking a pivotal moment in the political landscape of these northeastern states.

For the Lok Sabha Elections 2024, Arunachal Pradesh will cast its votes for two parliamentary constituencies, namely Arunachal West and Arunachal East. On the other hand, Sikkim will focus on its sole parliamentary seat, Sikkim.
